In Baierbrunn near Munich, the couple Martina Kurucová and Roman Schmoll are fighting for the favor of the Bavarians with their "Gasthaus zur Post". The trained chef and the Czech driving instructor have been running the traditional establishment for two years. Since then, not only the debts have been piling up, but also the dirt. Shortly after his arrival, Frank becomes an eyewitness to Roman's relaxed approach to hygiene.
