Martins Patientin Marisa Taubinger leidet unter einer mysteriösen Muskelschwäche. Während der Arzt fieberhaft nach der Ursache für ihre Beschwerden sucht, gerät Marisa in ein Gefühlschaos, als unangenehmer Besuch vor der Tür steht. Auch Martins Gemütslage ist angespannt: Seine Ex-Partnerin Franziska Hochstetter hat ihren Besuch angekündigt. Bald soll Martin seinen Sohn Johann kennenlernen.
