Exhibitions, tours and station theater
On International Museum Day, visitors experience the Wettingen monastery peninsula with its magnificent monastery church and historic gardens. The exhibitions are dedicated to the themes of faith, power and knowledge. Museum Aargau also offers entertaining tours through the idyllic outdoor areas for the whole family. On Museum Day, the station theater "Monastery, Power, Lust for Life" will take place at 1 and 3 p.m.: an entertaining theater experience with museum volunteers, peppered with singing and a pinch of humor.
