Zum letzten Mal fand der 10-Kilometer-Lauf der Frauen in Davos in der Saison 2021/22 statt. Die Norwegerin Therese Johaug sicherte sich damals den Sieg. Auf dem zweiten Platz landete die Amerikanerin Jessie Diggins, und das Podium wurde von der Schwedin Frida Karlsson komplettiert.
