Freuen Sie sich auf eine kulinarische Entdeckungsreise durch Japan, bei der saisonale Wildkomponenten auf japanische Kochkunst, traditionelle Techniken und moderne Interpretationen treffen. Unser Küchenchef hat für diese besondere Edition eine einmalige Menüreise kreiert, welche die Aromen des Herbstes harmonisch mit der Vielfalt der japanischen Küche verbindet.
