Little library of Forgotten Books

Breathe in! What do you smell? Paper, leather binding, printing ink, wooden shelves, furniture wax, dust. Welcome to the library of forgotten books. This space is a repository, and also a place of ritual. In the library The Librarians examine forgotten books, channel their contents, and determine their place... be it on a shelf in the library of our minds, or oblivion. We invite the audience to bring an unloved or forgotten book* for potential submission to the Library. And with those we’ll weave an unforgettable show. What will be remembered? And forgotten?

A mysterious, funny and moving improvised performance created by internationally acclaimed improvisers Anděl Sudik (The Second City, Boom Chicago) and Rebecca MacMillan (The Maydays, Closer Each Day), the show blends laughter, wonder, and the quiet thrill of transgression.

Audience members are invited to bring a book they’re ready to part with forever; these offerings may shape the night — or be ceremonially altered in the name of improv. What will be remembered? And what will be forgotten?

Warning! Books submitted to the library may be damaged or even destroyed in the name of improv. You may bring books of your own, or that you have found discarded or already damaged. Only submit books to The Librarians that you are happy not to get back again intact!

The Solo Show SHOW

One performer. No script. Three styles. Infinite chaos.

An improvised solo show that both satirizes and celebrates the world of one-person performances. Each night, the audience helps craft a brand-new show—from heartfelt confessions to absurdist clown pieces—built entirely from their suggestions. It's part homage, part parody, and entirely unpredictable. Great if you love solo shows; Great if you hate em.

Ideal if you love to hate them. Come for the chaos, stay for the catharsis. Or vice versa.
