Das Duo spielt Gypsy Musik, auch Gypsy Jazz oder Jazz Manouche genannt. Ein Stil der in den 1930er Jahren in Paris entstand durch die Fusion von französischer Folklore wie z.B. Musette und dem amerikanischen Jazz. Bekanntester Exponent war Django Reinhardt und sein Hot Club de France. Dieser Musik hat sich das Duo TWO FOR TEA mit viel Leidenschaft verschrieben und spielt quer durchs Repertoire von Swing über Gypsy Bossas bis hin zu Balladen.
