This event is organized by the Ukrainian Association of Students and Academics in Zurich. There will be a documentary following Yevhen Klopotenko’s search for the most authentic borschtsch recipe, a reading from an essay by Yevhenia Kuznietsova about why the whole idea of one correct recipe is absurd, and a board game that teaches you how to survive a proper Ukrainian dinner.
Borschtsch is always better in good company, so bring your friends and family.
Registration is mandatory because we need to know your gastronomic preferences in advance. Nobody should accidentally receive the wrong borschtsch.
