2013 gelingt Andreas Kümmert der Durchbruch. Mit seinem Trademark-Song „Simple Man“ gewinnt er die TV-Show „The Voice Of Germany“. Seitdem ist er mit seiner einzigartigen Stimme, einer beeindruckenden Blues-Gitarre und seinen zeitlosen Songs längst über dieses Stigma hinausgewachsen. Und im Gegensatz zu den meisten Teilnehmern derartiger TV-Formate nach wie vor konstant erfolgreich.
