Winter im Waadtland - Zahnradbahn in den Schnee (2022, D)
Im sonnigen Kanton Waadt, französisch "Vaud", in der Westschweiz gibt es eine wenig bekannte Zahnradbahn - die Bex-Villars-Bretaye-Bahn, BVB. Ihr Ausgangspunkt ist das Städtchen Bex im unteren Rhônetal. Unweit des Genfer Sees schlängelt sie sich 17 Kilometer hinauf auf den Col de Bretaye. Der Pass liegt auf 1.808 Meter Höhe und ist Ausgangspunkt herrlicher Ski- und Schneeschuhtouren.
