Mali Veith (1911–2001) konnte sich erst in ihrer dritten Lebensphase der Kunst widmen. Ein Teil ihrer Werke fand Eingang in die städtische Sammlung. Die Aquarelle zeigen Landschaften und Stillleben, viele davon sind Aarauer Motive. Grund genug, den Fokus auf der Beletage auf die bisher kaum beachtete Künstlerin zu legen
