Blade kämpft inzwischen nicht mehr nur gegen Vampire - er hat auch die Menschen gegen sich. Nachdem er vom FBI verhaftet wurde, gelingt ihm nur knapp die Flucht. Er tut sich mit den "Nightstalkern" zusammen, einer Untergrundorganisation, die ebenfalls Vampire bekämpft. Die Vampire haben unterdessen Dracula zum Leben erweckt, weil sie hoffen, durch ihn zu Daywalkern werden zu können.
