Mit frischem Wind und kreativem Zusammenspiel entstauben die vier Profi-Jazzer(in) bekanntere und weniger bekannte Songs aus dem Great American Songbook - also sogenannte Jazz-Standards.
Die aus Kasachstan stammende und in Bern ausgebildete Ausnahme-Saxofonistin Victoria Mozalevskaya spannt hier mit einem Trio der Extraklasse zusammen: sowohl einfühlsam-lyrisch wie auch zupackend-groovig kann es da zur Sache gehen! Mit traumhaftem Melodiesinn und natürlicher Dynamik erweckt das Quartett die Jazz-Standards zu neuem Leben und Erklingen.
